Hornblower Marine Services (HMS) was formed in 1994 and is a privately held corporation. The two principles of the firm are John Waggoner and Terry MacRae. John Waggoner, owner, President, and CEO heads up a management team renowned for their business acumen, professionalism, and entrepreneurial insight into the marine industry.
